Recipe: Pizza Dough



This recipe is ideal when prepared with the Thermomix® TM6


- Generously flour your dough proofing basket.

- Add the following ingredients to the Thermomix® pot:

  1. 220 g water

  2. 1 tsp sugar

  3. 1/2 cube fresh yeast (20 g)

  4. 400 g flour

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. 20 g extra virgin olive oil



- Knead the dough for 2 minutes in the Thermomix®.

- Shape the kneaded dough into a ball on a flat surface.

- Place it in the floured proofing basket, cover with a towel, plastic wrap, or silicone lid, and leave it in a warm place (like near the heater).

- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.

- Divide it in half for 2 large pizzas, or into quarters for 4 small pizzas.

- Roll out the dough into round pizza bases and add your favorite toppings.
